What Happens Now ?

Once we Receive Your Booking Request:

We will first check availability for the dates you have requested.
If availability is confirmed, the bikes and any extras you need will be reserved for you
An invoice will then be sent to your email address with a payment link/ bank details
A 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Once payment has been received, we will send confirmation of your booking.
The remaining balance is due at the start of the hire period.
We will contact you a few days before your booking to arrange a convenient delivery time.
If you need to cancel, we can reschedule your booking to alternative dates provided you give at least 24 hours’ notice.
Unfortunately, cancellations made within 24 hours of the hire period will result in the loss of your deposit.
