We take a 50% non-reundable deposit when your reservation is made, the balance is payable on collection of bikes or at the start of a tour.
Cancellation within 1 week of the booking will be 50% non-refundable. After this time the whole amount is non-refundable, but if at all possible we will always look at resheduling to another date.
